With over 35 years of professional experience in architecture, design, and project development, Augustine brings a multidisciplinary perspective that combines architectural creativity with practical building knowledge. He studied architecture at New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT), where he received his architectural education between 1986 and 1991. Throughout his career, he has developed expertise in architectural design, construction documentation, sustainable design principles, historic preservation, renovations, custom residential architecture, and multifamily development.
Augustine is recognized as an award-winning architect through his professional practice and has earned industry recognition on Houzz, where his firm has received a Houzz Award and multiple Houzz badges. Augustine has earned certification from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), as well as multiple awards from local Home Builders Associations and the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI).
He has also worked to improve the architectural industry through thought leadership and multiple speaking engagements, including his presentation at the 2016 Graphisoft/ArchiCAD KeyClient Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada, and his frequent presentations to Home Builders Associations about the design-build process.

The Dublin of Fort Washington
One architectural example of the care and expertise provided by Augustine and The WisdomTree Group is a 124-unit multifamily building on a highly demanding site. The Dublin of Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, presented structural, safety, user-experience, and logistical challenges due to its terrain and location-specific functionality issues.
Despite these constraints, Augustine's designs produced a finished building with consistent elevation around the entire site that is safe, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing. The exterior combines a stone veneer base, fiber-cement profiled wall panels, and projected corner bays that give the building presence and a pedestrian scale at street level.
The unit mix is straightforward and marketable: roughly half one-bedroom, one-bathroom residences and half two-bedroom, two-bathroom residences, with den options in both configurations and private balconies throughout.
An interior courtyard anchors the amenity package, featuring a swimming pool and a range of indoor and outdoor resident amenities. The Dublin delivers density, efficiency, and a quality of place that attracts residents and offers returns that matter to its owners.
